1. Delivery Protocol for “Wonder Time” WhatsApp Cohort
The “Wonder Time” program is a 21-day interactive cohort where all learning materials and updates are delivered entirely via WhatsApp. Upon successful completion of your payment, delivery is processed as follows:
- Instant WhatsApp Confirmation: Our system initiates an automated onboarding message to your registered WhatsApp number immediately after payment. While this usually arrives within 5 to 10 minutes, please allow up to 1 hour in case of technical glitches, API traffic, or network delays. This message contains your official onboarding details and direct channel links.
- Email Backup: A secondary automated payment receipt and booking confirmation will also be delivered to your registered email address within 1 hour of transaction completion.
- Daily Content Delivery: Once the cohort officially begins on its scheduled start date, we will send exactly one piece of educational content every single day for 21 consecutive days directly to your registered WhatsApp number.
2. Delivery for Future Digital Products & Courses
For any regular digital courses, downloadable materials, templates, or self-paced masterclasses that we may introduce in the future, access credentials, login details, or direct download links will be delivered electronically and instantly to your registered email address or WhatsApp number within 1 hour of payment confirmation.
3. Delayed Deliveries or Technical Glitches
If you have successfully made a payment but have not received your WhatsApp confirmation or backup email link after 1 hour has passed, or if you face any issues receiving the daily WhatsApp content once the cohort starts, please take these steps:
- Verify that the phone number you entered during checkout is correct and actively registered on WhatsApp.
- Check your email’s Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders to ensure the backup confirmation message wasn’t misfiltered.
