Hi, I’m Megha
I have a young son, and like most parents, I spend my days juggling work, deadlines, and trying to be present for him in the little pockets of time I get.
A while ago, on an ordinary metro ride, my son asked me why the sky was blue. I didn’t have a good answer — so we looked it up together. And somewhere in that search, I found something else: that the same reason the sky is blue is also why brake lights are red. Two everyday things, connected by one hidden idea, sitting right there in a world he sees every single day.
That small moment changed something for me.
I realised how much wonder is quietly available in ordinary life — in the kitchen, on a walk, at bedtime — and how easy it is to rush past it. Not because we don’t care, but because nobody ever showed us how to notice it, or how to protect it in our children.
Curious Roots is what came out of that realisation.
I’m not a child psychologist or an educator by training. I’m a parent, and someone who genuinely believes that a child’s curiosity is one of the most precious things we’re responsible for — easy to nurture, and easier still to accidentally switch off.
Everything we build here — the questions we ask, the activities we design — is tested first in my own home, with my own son, before it ever reaches you. If something doesn’t genuinely delight him, it doesn’t make it into the program. That’s not a marketing line; it’s simply how this gets built.
What we believe:
- Every child is naturally curious. Our job as parents isn’t to install curiosity — it’s to not get in its way.
- Learning at this age doesn’t look like knowing facts. It looks like “again!”
- The best moments of connection don’t need an app, a worksheet, or a screen. They need ten honest minutes and a good question.
Wonder Time is our first program — a 21-day journey for parents and children to wonder together, one small moment at a time. It’s built on all of the above, tested at home, and offered with the hope that it gives your evenings a little of what it’s given ours.
Thank you for being here.
